- Floor layout and surfaces
- We map aisle widths, table spacing, ramps and the change from carpet to hard floor, and where a robot can travel reliably.
- Lifts and guest-floor access
- Room delivery depends on the robot riding the lift. We assess the lift controller and swipe-card access, and coordinate with your lift contractor.
- Your service standard
- A robot in a luxury lobby is a different decision from one in a bistro. We work through where robots are seen and which requests stay with staff.
